Remember Danuta and her song "Touch my heart"? 
It was a big hit in 1988, but we had not heard from 
this polish actress, model, and singer ever since. 

It seems that, during a successful tour of Albania in 
1990, she suffered from severe stress and had to be 
committed to a mental institution. She remained 
institutionalized til last year. Now, fully recovered, 
she has settled down in this Balkan nation, although 
her dresses, make-up and hairdo are still in the 80's
 style. 

"I want to erase those 10 years of my life," Danuta 
declared. 

Her disco-style song, "Supermodel," will be sung in 
Albanian, Polish, and English.

I vaguely remember a tour of Albania, and Danuta taking 

part at an Albanian song contest, but not about the nervous 

breakdown. Which explains a lot.
